Well, I guess we bought the Halloween costume a bit too early. Lilly has been wearing her tiara or "clown" as she calls it, everywhere. She also wants to try on her princess costume every day--but we are getting a lot of mileage out of, "If you want to be a Princess, you have to
act like a princess and share, etc." She wants to wear her "clown" to school, church, the store, basically anywhere we go. I do draw the line somewhere, but she has worn it out in public a few times. We haven't had much to post about lately. Mamie is so busy and is growing so fast. She is eight months old now and is into everything. She is the happiest baby! Those of you who knew Lilly as a baby know how surprising it is for me to have a baby who laughs and smiles all the time. She's drinking out of a sippy cup, eating table food, and pulling up and cruising all over the place. Here are a few pictures from the last couple of weeks.
Lilly holding her tiara on the way home from Target. She was SO proud she wouldn't let go of it for anything.
A typical night at our house. PJ's with a tiara, necklace, bracelet, HUGE ring, heels, and two anklets. Doesn't everyone wear their tiara to the grocery store?Needless to say, we got to talk to LOTS of old ladies while we were there.
Lilly feeding a goat at Livi's birthday party Cal, Lilly, and Livi--Happy Birthday Livi!
Too bad they won't smile for a picture! Mamie with her sippy cup

Your girls are so beautiful, Lyla! Very cute pictures. We, too, have gone out in public many a time with our crown...
Cute, cute, cute, I love all of the new pictures!!! Can't WAIT to see you guys.
Hey Lyla! Your girls are so cute! I saw your comment on my blog. We don't have a website yet. I was thinking of putting stuff on a blog, so I will let you know when I do. We can place orders anytime. I'm excited for Kim!
Hey, do you have any tips on learning to drink from a sippy cup? I've been trying to get Tori to learn for a couple of months now, but she just likes to chew on them all.
I love, love all the new pictures!! I love the tiara pictures- I'm looking forward to dress up time! I can't believe Mamie is 8 months old! You have some sweet girls! I'm looking forward to seeing ya'll this weekend!
They are sooo sooo cute! I love the new pictures. I've got to add you to my list. i've been so lazy about blogging lately and I have several new friends that are blogging and I need to add them. I'll get around to it someday.
The tiara is perfect...and all the other jewels. I walked a little girl to Sunday school the other day in her tiara and high heels. So, church will probably be her next request.
Mamie's laugh made me smile too!
Your girls are so beautiful!! We've worn the whole princess get-up to Publix--Our girls sound a lot alike!
Yeah, I found your site! The girls are adorable and Mamie is getting SOOO big- I can't believe it. You gotta love the everyday tiara! Just wait until she's in kindergarten and wants to wear things to school :) I'll be sure to check in periodically and will let you know when our little guy arrives. Hope you all are doing well! Love, Katie Stuit
Lyla, I tried to leave you a comment a few weeks ago but for some reason it never worked. I love the pictures and I'm glad you finally started a blog!
